Refunds and download help

This is a digital download; nothing is physically shipped or returned. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, sales are final after successful digital delivery and we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds.

If files are missing, corrupt or unusable, a purchase was charged twice, or the kit materially differs from its description, email brock@buikcorp.com with your order reference, the file name and a description of the problem. We will help restore access, provide working files, correct a duplicate charge or provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported, or by another agreed lawful method. Payment-provider processing times vary. This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. Please do not send passwords, API keys or full payment details.
