Purchase and use terms

These terms cover the Buik Corp Post-Purchase Upgrade Kit sold by Buik Corp. The kit price is $29 USD, paid once. There is no subscription. The final price, any applicable taxes and payment currency are shown before you pay.

Your ZIP contains 20 files: eight editable Markdown guides, a nine-page PDF edition of those guides, four local HTML worksheets, shared styles and a script, two additional Markdown starting/reference files, a clearly fictional example and two JSON manifests/reference files. The worksheets cover offer copy, buyer messages, store setup and tracking; the PDF is the same guide material in a readable format.

Extract the entire ZIP and keep the shared files beside the HTML worksheets. Use a current browser with JavaScript and a PDF reader. Worksheet entries remain in the current browser page unless you save or export them. The tools operate locally and do not connect to your store, send mail, process payments or automatically collect sales data.

You supply your own digital product, product facts and content rights, configure your own eligible Shopify store and delivery app, adapt the generated text and test the buyer journey. The baseline offer uses a separate checkout for a standalone product; it does not alter or add a one-click charge to an existing order.

One purchase licenses the purchasing business to use the kit across its own stores and brands. You may adapt the supplied offer and buyer-message text for that business and its customer communications and use the worksheets internally. Agencies need a separate purchase for each client business. You may not resell or redistribute the entire kit or present it as an installed software service. Your own content and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights.

The purchase includes downloadable materials, not finished content to resell to your customers, an installed Shopify app, a hosted portal, automatic store setup, recurring entitlements or custom implementation. Shopify subscriptions, external apps and custom work are separate. No sales, revenue, time-saving or other business result is guaranteed, and no ongoing update or support-time commitment is included.

For missing or defective kit files or purchase questions, email brock@buikcorp.com. You remain responsible for your own merchant setup, claims, customer support and policies. The refund policy explains remedies and does not restrict mandatory rights. These terms describe a business-use kit; they do not remove applicable consumer protections.
